Q. How do I go about renewing my New York State license?

A. The New York Department of State, Division of Licensing Services offers the eAccessNY portal which is an invaluable tool for new and seasoned agents alike. Here agents may complete a multitude of industry related tasks including license renewal.


Q. Where are NYCORE classes held?

A. Locations for our classes vary and will be posted with each offering. Seating is limited, so pre-registration is required to ensure a space.

Q. How will I receive my Certificate of Satisfactory Completion for each course?

A. Shortly after you successfully complete each course, you will receive your certificate via E-mail.


Q. Do I need to send Certificates to Department of State?

No, you only need to retain a copy for your records. NYCORE reports your successful completion directly to the Department of State, but you must retain certificates in the event you are audited.
